Last saturday I was at gym witch is owned by my good friend Samuli Koutajoki and his business partner Otto Makkonen. www.kuntokeskuskm.fi is a new gym in Lahti Finland, I recommend it to everyone. I executed a normal routine for arms and some poses for fans.

For now I´m keeping my weight down because of seminars and training sessions with fans. Next time I will be in Oulu.
