Since the last update, training has gone as it should go. Volume and intensity is at maximum. Training routine is still the same, only minor changes. This week we´ll change to a different routine for back, my weakest body part.  Let´s see how this works, if it will turn wise change, I will keep it in total routine and tell more about it.

Body weight still going up, 24.11 it was 302lbs before workout. High carbs brought some water but now my condition is steady and I have almost lost some fat in this week. Body weight is now almost highest ever and I´m getting more lean, so direction is right.

I was at some powerlifting competitions, it makes me wanna bench press again for real and training at Bullfarm is just like putting gas to flames.  It maybe that Bull is to be seen at some bench press competitions during the spring.

I have been contacted several times about my 2-phase recovery, so here goes.
Right after training:

  • UFS R2 35g
  • UFS creatine 5g
  • UFS glutamine 10g
  • UFS leucine 10Gg
  • UFS malto 50g

  • UFS R3
  • C-vitamin 1000mg

The growth time

2 weeks done with previous nutrition program on last blog entry. I got to say that my body responded very well to this new calorie intake. Of course I´m little bit less lean, but muscles are full and training is going well, and now I´m definitely training!

Bodyweight has climbed up to over 130kg and I´m not trying to slow down that increase of weight, lets just see how high it rises.

This is a training routine for the next 2 weeks

Week 1

  • Monday: Back
  • Tuesday: Chest + delts
  • Wednesday: Biceps + triceps
  • Thursday: Quads + calves
  • Friday: Delts
  • Saturday: Biceps + triceps

Week 2

  • Monday: Back
  • Tuesday: Chest + delts
  • Wednesday: Quads + calves
  • Thursday: Hamstrings + calves
  • Friday: Delts
  • Saturday: Biceps + triceps

on week 2, also tuesday morning biceps, wednesday morning triceps and friday morning biceps

Last saturday a featured at East body, some nutrition/training chat and training.
