I have now recovered from competing season and it´s time to boost up training volume and start to eat more. I have kept my condition pretty lean after competitions, light cardio ED and moderate amount of calories, I will do changes after 26.10. I have been training normally, but volume of sets has been lower.
After 26.10 I will increase training volume to the maximum and calories will be 5500kcal. 500g prot, 700g carbs and 70g fat.
Last off-season I didn´t go over 5000kcal, I´m now excited to see how my body will react to this new calorie intake.
Bull is ready to grow!!! Goal is to get 20 pounds of pure muscle, that is a shitload of muscle, but I have always set my goals high enough. I will tell more about off-seasin training later on.
