Slowly but surely diet is going forward. Third week was like other weeks before, last sundays load up packed my muscles pretty full. At the end of week 3 I was again flat when all carbs has been used due to hard cardio. I used longer sets in training routine and increased intensity, it was “no pain no gain” mentality.
On sunday again carb intake and fullness to muscles.
On coming week I will drop my calories to 3600 and I´m also dropping off evening cardio except on saturday.
I have been asked several times what is my normal day routine, here goes monday-saturday.
7.00 wake up
7.30 cardio
9.30 breakfast
10.00 to office, work
13.00 meal
15.00 back home
16.00 lunch 1
16.30 nap
17.30 pre workout drink
18.00 train + cardio
20.00 post workout drink 1
21.00 post workout drink 2
22.00 lunch 2
24.00 amino acid load up
00.30 to bed
