Week 5

Now I´m starting to feel this diet, but competition is soon and that gives me strength to carry on. Week 5 was like week 4, just more posing and poses are locking into what I want them to be. For the first time I´m taking posing enough serious.

Competitor list for Tampa is like 20 guys and list is interesting. Game is on, and I´ll do anything to fulfill my goals.

Week 4

Fourth week behind and it was a first week when calories dropped to 3600/day. Drop down was from cutting carbs, now I will take carbs only at morning and after training. Condition is getting better as planned.

Week 4 was hard what comes to training, long sets with high intensity. I took sets with 20-30 reps / muscle group. Cardio is decreasing and posing is increasing.

3 weeks to Tampa, Bull goes now with attitude, hard work is always rewarded at the end.

On tuesday we´ll take better photos, these are just for comparison to previous weeks.

Week 3

Slowly but surely diet is going forward. Third week was like other weeks before, last sundays load up packed my muscles pretty full. At the end of week 3 I was again flat when all carbs has been used due to hard cardio. I used longer sets in training routine and increased intensity, it was “no pain no gain” mentality.

On sunday again carb intake and fullness to muscles.

On coming week I will drop my calories to 3600 and I´m also dropping off evening cardio except on saturday.

I have been asked several times what is my normal day routine, here goes monday-saturday.

7.00 wake up
7.30 cardio
9.30 breakfast
10.00 to office, work
13.00 meal
15.00 back home
16.00 lunch 1
16.30 nap
17.30 pre workout drink
18.00 train + cardio
20.00 post workout drink 1
21.00 post workout drink 2
22.00 lunch 2
24.00 amino acid load up
00.30 to bed

Mission Tampa: Week 2

Second week of project Tampa is done. I have to say, that at this point I´m so tired, but thats the name of the game. Body weight is going down and I´m again harder, little bit flat right now at the end of this week.

This sunday is time to give a little boost to my metabolism, 1500 grams of carbs are waiting. At this point calories are at the same level as on first week and I raised  my cardio towards the end of week just to keep it sure that muscles are ready to take in calories on sunday.

Training:

Second heavy week in a row. It was cool to notice, that strength levels are going up. Next week some changes to training, I´ll include supersets to regular routine, that will burn more calories what comes to training. I will lower cardio a bit doing only 60min at morning, at evening I´ll train my poses.
