Mission Tampa 2009
The project goes on meaning Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championship in 8th of august. I decided to compete as soon as possible again and correct the mistakes I did at New York Pro. My condition is also going to be much more defined. Hardest training will now be in posing, which has already begun. The official diet I´ll begin at 22th of June which means 7 weeks of dieting. It´s going to be short but the package is quite good to begin with. Im already in a little bit better shape than before last competition, but I did continue working at the gym immediately after returning home from New York Pro. Munchies I left in New York, so only a couple of days of delicous food before returning back to the body-monk-lifestyle.
I´ve got more sponsors in addition to my main sponsors for this Misison Tampa-project which allows me to compete there. Big thanks go to UFS Petri Tykkä and GASP and other supporters. All the supporters will be revealed and thanked after the project starts up.
Mission Tampa project will be followed in my blog and of course Pakkotoisto.com forum. Now we will take posing shots every week in the same place, same day of the week, with the same camera, same photographer and the same poses every time in order to achieve nicely comparable pictures.
This week has been training as usual with 60mins of aerobic training per day. Calories 4000 kcal per day.
