			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since the last update, training has gone as it should go. Volume and intensity is at maximum. Training routine is still the same, only minor changes. This week we´ll change to a different routine for back, my weakest body part.  Let´s see how this works, if it will turn wise change, I will keep it in total routine and tell more about it.</p>
<p>Body weight still going up, 24.11 it was 302lbs before workout. High carbs brought some water but now my condition is steady and I have almost lost some fat in this week. Body weight is now almost highest ever and I´m getting more lean, so direction is right.</p>
<p>I was at some powerlifting competitions, it makes me wanna bench press again for real and training at Bullfarm is just like putting gas to flames.  It maybe that Bull is to be seen at some bench press competitions during the spring.</p>
<p>I have been contacted several times about my 2-phase recovery, so here goes.<br />
Right after training:</p>

<p>2 weeks done with previous nutrition program on last blog entry. I got to say that my body responded very well to this new calorie intake. Of course I´m little bit less lean, but muscles are full and training is going well, and now I´m definitely training!</p>
<p>Bodyweight has climbed up to over 130kg and I´m not trying to slow down that increase of weight, lets just see how high it rises.</p>
<p>This is a training routine for the next 2 weeks</p>
<p>Week 1</p>
<ul>
<li>Monday: Back</li>
<li>Tuesday: Chest + delts</li>
<li>Wednesday: Biceps + triceps</li>
<li>Thursday: Quads + calves</li>
<li>Friday: Delts</li>
<li>Saturday: Biceps + triceps</li>
</ul>
<p>Week 2</p>
<ul>
<li>Monday: Back</li>
<li>Tuesday: Chest + delts</li>
<li>Wednesday: Quads + calves</li>
<li>Thursday: Hamstrings + calves</li>
<li>Friday: Delts</li>

<p>Last saturday a featured at East body, some nutrition/training chat and training.</p>

<p>I have now recovered from competing season and it´s time to boost up training volume and start to eat more. I have kept my condition pretty lean after competitions, light cardio ED and moderate amount of calories, I will do changes after 26.10. I have been training normally, but volume of sets has been lower.</p>
<p>After 26.10 I will increase training volume to the maximum and calories will be 5500kcal. 500g prot, 700g carbs and 70g fat.</p>
<p>Last off-season I didn´t go over 5000kcal, I´m now excited to see how my body will react to this new calorie intake.</p>
<p>Bull is ready to grow!!! Goal is to get 20 pounds of pure muscle, that is a shitload of muscle, but I have always set my goals high enough. I will tell more about off-seasin training later on.</p>
<p>Next time I will feature at Eastbody 31.10, welcome everyone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Competition season is now over for me. Tampa was a total disaster, no excuses, but I will do some changes what comes to finalizing my condition in the future. This thime I was able to ruin my best condition ever in few days, photos will tell the truth about this epic fail.</p>
<p>Back to normal life and I´m definitely not giving up, I´m aiming to goals I have set up before, harder this time. Positive thing from Tampa is that I got new contacts and Tampa pro was a high quality competition with professional arrangements in every way.</p>
<p>My next competition is yet to be published, I will decide it later on. Now I got to focus on my weak body parts, so work continues.</p>
